TOTN - 09-28

Talk of the Nation today on NPR was pretty good discussion on Najibullah Zazi and the details surrounding his case. One caller brought up a great point; that it is nearly impossible to get an impartial jury with todays 24x7 news cycle, especially with the subtitle "terrorist". Not that I have any sympathy for someone who would commit any violent crime, but law enforcement authorities should keep details of pending cases secret until the trial. There is always a fine line to be tread between the public's right to know and a defendant's right to an impartial jury......
